Little Goat Coffee Roasting Co. is a coffee shop and micro-roaster nestled in Newark, Delaware. They roast and brew ethically sourced coffee beans from all corners of the globe. Founded in 2016 by Joe Lins and Olivia Brinton, their dream was to bring freshly roasted, organically grown, and fairly traded coffee to Delaware. They're passionate about spreading the word on sustainable coffee and serving up the world’s best cup of coffee. They are driven by sharing their love of coffee with the community, whether in their shop or through local stores and eateries.
