At Rooted, we are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your items are delivered to you in a timely and cost-effective manner. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

Order Processing Time 1-3 days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time 4-8 days (Mon-Fri)

Shipping Fees
Customers may incur multiple shipping fees when purchasing items from various local artists. Each artist ships their products independently, and as such, shipping fees are calculated based on the dimensions of the product and the distance it needs to travel.
Shipping Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make returns as easy as possible!
- Clothing items qualify for free returns—we’ll cover the return shipping cost because we know sizing can be tricky.
- For all other items (home decor, food, and non-clothing accessories), are not eligible for free returns.

Processing Time
All purchased items are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods
Customers have the option to choose their preferred shipping method at checkout. We offer the following carriers: USPS, UPS, Fedex
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions of the product purchased and the distance to which it is sent. Shipments along the East Coast are $7.00 and under for shipping. Some exclusions apply. Beyond, shipping prices range from $7.00-$15.00. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your shipping address and selected your preferred shipping method.
Multiple Shipments
If you purchase items from multiple artists, you may receive separate packages for each item. Each package will have its own shipping fee, which will be calculated individually based on the criteria mentioned above.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or destination. If there are any restrictions on your order, you will be notified during the checkout process.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances where delays occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier issues, etc.).
