Artist Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in partnering with us through our Artist Consignment Program. We are always open to working with new local artists and small businesses. To ensure each artisan has the opportunity to stand out, we do not accept products that closely duplicate the style or design of another maker's work. 

To honor the creativity and craftsmanship of our makers, all products must be original works created by the artisan. Designs may not be copied from another artist or generated, in whole or in part, using artificial intelligence (AI).

Important Facts:

• Our consignment rate is 60/40 with 60% going to the artist.
• We pay on a monthly bases.
• We issue a 1099 at the end of the tax year if the artist receives payments of $600 or more. 
• Rooted is responsible for processing and displaying items.

• Social media handles and/or website
• Items you are interested in consigning 
• Price point range
• Photos 

We will not accept any samples at the store. All primary contact must be through email. Rooted will contact you within 4 weeks to set up a meeting or decline the offer.
