The Mushroom Festival

The 40th Annual Mushroom Festival kicks off with a whimsical parade, featuring floats, mushroom-themed costumes, and lively performances that set the tone for the weekend. Across the festival grounds, there’s fun for the whole family: the “Cute as a Button” baby photo contest, Bounce Zone and Bungee Jump, face painting, sand art, Lego Masters displays, and the new Punch and Judy Puppet Show. Visitors can also meet the Mushroom Mascot, enjoy the Antique and Classic Car Show, and take in live music from bands throughout the festival. Food lovers can sample soups, shop fresh mushrooms from local growers, and watch top chefs compete in the “Chopped”-style mushroom cooking contest or give live demonstrations. With all this and more, the Mushroom Festival is an immersive way to experience Kennett Square’s community, creativity, and of course, mushrooms in every form imaginable.

Wuff Jam

This lively, family-friendly festival brings together hundreds of pups and their humans for a day of fun and connection. Attendees can explore a wide range of dog-centered vendors, from bakeries offering treats to training experts and wellness products. While pups mingle, humans can enjoy live music performances, tasty bites from local food trucks, and browse crafts from local makers. Hispanic Heritage Festival

Chester County Restaurant Festival
