The New Kid's Market

A little sugar rush, a lot of fun. Our new Kid’s Market is inspired by those classic penny candy walls, the ones we all happily demolished as kids, one sweet pick at a time.

For anyone new to the magic, penny candy was all about choice: rows of jars, a small bag in hand, and the thrill of picking exactly what you wanted. We brought that feeling back, with a Rooted twist.

Kids can scoop up nostalgic favorites like Pop Rocks, Ring Pops, and Cow Tales (yes, the good stuff), with most treats under $2. It’s just enough freedom to spend that hard-earned chore money, build their own stash, and feel a little proud walking away with it.

And because a sweet tooth loves variety, we didn’t stop at candy. The market is filled with playful treasures. Crochet pals, gummy bear highlighters, squishy NeeDohs, temporary tattoos, and all sorts of charming little finds that are equal parts fun and irresistible.

While we’ll always have goodies for the littlest ones, the Kid’s Market was created especially for older kids. It is for the elementary and middle school crowd who come along for the ride but rarely have something that feels just for them. This is their moment. A space to browse, choose, and experience that simple joy of picking out something special.

It’s a treat for them, and, let’s be honest, a little breather for you while you shop the rest of Rooted.
