Spring Fling 2025

We welcomed the season with open arms at our third annual Spring Fling at Rooted New London. What a day it was!

Though the morning teased us with wind and a chance of rain, the skies soon cleared and the sun peeked through, letting the magic of spring unfold right before our eyes. 🌤️

THE FUN INCLUDED:

FOOD TRUCK FAVES
22 BBQ served up delicious BBQ delights, while Creekside Coffee brewed up fun with flavored drinks and sweet treats perfect for sipping and snacking.

CARNIVAL GAMES & PRIZE-FILLED EGGS
From basketball to mini golf, darts, plastic axe throwing, and all the classic tosses in between, kids of all ages lined up to test their aim and collect colorful, surprise-stuffed eggs.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing Avon Grove volunteers from the National Honor Society who ran each and every game with smiles, high-fives, and energy. You brought the fun to life!

FACE PAINTING & COLORING CORNERS
Bouncy Time Party Rentals worked their magic with animated face paint, while a giant group coloring page encouraged creativity from both little artists and grown-up doodlers.

PETTING ZOO SWEETNESS
We all swooned over Cowwy the baby Highland cow, plus his fuzzy farmyard friends, goats, donkeys, ducks, chickens, and the fluffiest bunnies around, all thanks again to Bouncy Time Party Rentals.

TWO EASTER BUNNIES & A PHOTO MOMENT TO REMEMBER
Guests got the full hop-tastic experience with not one, but two Easter Bunnies posing beneath a stunning spring balloon arch by Balloon Babe (Cassidi Neff).
A special round of applause to the volunteers inside those bunny suits! As funny as it feels to wear a big bunny suit, they brought the characters to life, creating picture-perfect memories for so many families!

Behind-the-Scenes Thanks
Thank you to our lovely parking volunteers who made sure folks found a parking spot and made it safely across the street. A shoutout also to PNM Rentals for the essential porta potty.
